Oreo Stuffed Halloween Brownies

I made these for Halloween, Jodie loved them.  What you need.. 1 packet brownie mix 1 packet mint oreos cupcake liners festive sprinkles Directions 1.  Pre heat oven to 175 °C.   Make up brownie mix according to packet   instructions. 2.  Place 1 whole Oreo at the bottom of each cupcake liner. (My liners were deep so I got 8 cakes out of the packet mix). 3.  Scoop some brownie mix and place it on top of the Oreo, fill liners to about half way. Continue until all liners are filled, Crush some Oreos on top and a little sprinkles. 4.  Bake for 20-30 minutes or when a toothpick inserted at the edge (not centre) comes out with a few moist crumbs, not wet batter, and the top feels firm with a slight spring back. Enjoy

"Worm Cake", Hotel Transylvania

I bought a packet of pancake mix and some Allen's jelly snakes. We cut the heads off the snakes, then cut the snakes into thin pieces to resemble "worms". Ingredients and directions 1 packet pancake mix 1 packet Allen's snakes alive maple syrup square of butter 1.  Mix and cook pancakes according to packet instructions. Cut the heads off the snakes and cut them into thin pieces to resemble worms. 2.  Place one cooked pancake on a plate, add some of the thin strips of snakes, have them overlapping the edges of the pancake. Add another pancake on top, add more "worms...

Christmas In July 2024

Our Christmas in July this year was 21st July 2024. I put up the retro tree a few days earlier, below are the deco's. Unwrapping this gorgeous guy that we haven't seen since December 2023. Cerys made the bird's trifle that we got in our Christmas hamper last year. We settled down to watch one of my all time favourite Christmas movies, Christmas with the Kranks. Another Christmas in July comes to an end, any excuse for Christmas is my motto! 🎄🎅🤶
