Ahh, who doesn't enjoy barbie season, I certainly do, it's the one time Scott cooks and I can watch 😉. I bought a couple of porterhouse steaks from the butcher and as it was a lovely evening we decided to cook them on the barbie. We fancied something a bit spicy but not too overwhelming as to take the flavour away from the steaks. Allow steaks to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. Ingredients 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp steak seasoning 1 tsp ground sumac 1 tsp blended peppercorns 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp sea salt flakes 2 porterhouse or sirloin steaks Method 1.
