Daisy Chains and Picnics

I made these for Halloween, Jodie loved them.  What you need.. 1 packet brownie mix 1 packet mint oreos cupcake liners festive sprinkles Directions 1.  Pre heat oven to 175 °C.   Make up brownie mix according to packet   instructions. 2.  Place 1 whole Oreo at the bottom of each cupcake liner. (My liners were deep so I got 8 cakes out of the packet mix). 3.  Scoop some brownie mix and place it on top of the Oreo, fill liners to about half way. Continue until all liners are filled, Crush some Oreos on top and a little sprinkles. 4.  Bake for 20-30 minutes or when a toothpick inserted at the edge (not centre) comes out with a few moist crumbs, not wet batter, and the top feels firm with a slight spring back. Enjoy

It's just a bunch of Hocus Pocus! Charlette came round and they carved their pumpkins and dressed up for Halloween, Jodie was Sally and Charlette was Jack Skeleton from The Nightmare Before Christmas. I bought some treats for the neighbourhood kids, the girls handed them out in between carving their pumpkins.  We had loads of Trick or Treaters, and after several refills of lollies, there wasn't much left at the end of the night!.
