Toilet before. One year after we started renovating the main bathroom, we finally started on the toilet. 18th January 2024, Scott started by breaking up the floor tiles, then we decided that the window should come out first, so the tiles were abandoned for now. 23rd January, Scott removed the window. We didn't want to put the same size window in as we wanted to give it more privacy, not that you could see through it, but you could see shadows, especially at night when it was dark and the light was on. We couldn't get any bricks that matched our house, so we had to improvise. We used the breeze blocks that we had removed from the seating area to make a feature, then added the glass blocks to match in with the bathroom window. He then used cement sheet to patch the opening behind the breezeblocks. Insulation went between the panels. 29th January, the floor tiles were removed. 3rd February 2024, the toilet was removed and the last of the tiles were taken up. And the new tiles do...
