A refreshing healthy summer drink full of vitamin C, minerals and antioxidants, ideal for cooling off and rehydrating during the warm days and evenings.
I added a small amount of honey just to take the edge off the tangy lemons but this is completely optional.
Ingredients
4-5 lemons, juiced
2 tsp honey
2 cups sparkling mineral water
Method
1. Put lemon juice and honey into a jug and whisk until well combined.
2. Pour into your preferred glass and top with mineral water, add ice if desired.
