Ingredients
1-2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
6 Frankfurter hot dogs
1 egg lightly beaten
cheese & olives to decorate
Method
1. Preheat oven to 190°C fan.
2. Cut thawed pastry into thin strips, you will need about 3-4 strips per sausage.
3. Wrap pastry strips around each sausage in a mummy bandage wrap effect. Brush with beaten egg. Place on a lined baking tray.
4. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until pastry is cooked and golden. Add small pieces of cheese and olives to create eyes.
Serve with a dip of mustard and ketchup/hot sauce.
