A delicious creamy potato salad, ideal for a summer side dish.
Ingredients
1 kg baby potatoes cut into chunks
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp garlic aioli
1 tbsp garlic aioli
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dried dill or tarragon
1 tsp dried chives
1/2 tsp vegetable salt
1/4 cup chopped onion
Method
Method
1. Bring potatoes in salted water to the boil. Reduce to a rolling simmer. Cook until tender. Drain, allow to cool.
2. Cook peas according to packet directions. Drain, allow to cool.
