An easy, tasty real strawberry glaze, perfect for drizzling, I used this as a simple decoration on a Bundt cake.
Ingredients
2-3 strawberries, husked
1 Tsp lemon juice
100 g Icing sugar
Method
Puree strawberries and lemon juice until smooth. Strain juice into a bowl. Combine icing sugar with 1 1/2 Tbsp of the strained juice and stir until smooth.
