We didn't spend very long here as we were wanting to spend most of or time at the Grand Canyon.
Grand Canyon National Park, in Arizona, is home to much of the immense Grand Canyon, with its layered bands of red rock revealing millions of years of geological history. Viewpoints include Mather Point, Yavapai Observation Station and architect Mary Colter's Lookout Studio and her Desert View Watchtower, Lipan point, with wide views of the canyon and the Colorado River.
The Grand Canyon is the second-most-visited national park after the Greta Smoky Mountains.
We then headed back to the visitor centre where I bought a magnet before heading back to Las Vegas.
Definitely one of THEE highlights of our holiday, well worth the journey to see this natural wonder.
