This tangy, zesty smoothie is a great start to any morning. Lemons are an excellent source of vitamin C and limonins, which are antioxidants that are unique to lemons. Coconut water is rich in nutrients, containing five essential electrolytes, add to that other fruits, and you have a delicious, nutritious breakfast or pick me up to go.
Ingredients
2 cups coconut water, I used cocobella coconut water
Zest and juice from 1 & 1/2 lemons
100 g pineapple, fresh or tinned
100 g honey dew melon
2 bananas
1 Tbsp honey
5 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
