Ingredients
1 firm pear
1 firm apple
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
40g plain flour
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
sprinkle of cinnamon
Method
1. Preheat oven to 160°C fan. Grease a 23cm round pie dish.
2. Peel, core and thinly slice both apple & pear. Arrange slices in the pie dish.
3. In a blender, blend butter, eggs, milk, sugar, salt, flour, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth. Pour over fruit. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until firm to touch and golden.
