Ingredients
1 1/2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
20 g unsalted peanuts, crushed
Method
1. In a medium bowl mix first 3 ingredients until combined well.
2. Roll into balls then roll around in the crushed peanuts to coat, you can also use shredded coconut if you prefer. Place them on a wax paper lined baking tray.
