Potato salad is a great side dish.
Ingredients
1 kg baby potatoes
250 g can baby beets, drained, halved
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp dried dill
1 small red onion, finely diced
Method
1. Put whole potatoes in a large pan with salted cold water. Bring to the boil over a medium/high heat. Boil uncovered for 20 minutes or until cooked. Drain, cool slightly. Cut in potatoes half and place in a serving bowl.
