Ingredients 2 cups coconut water, I used cocobella coconut water Zest and juice from 1 & 1/2 lemons 100 g pineapple, fresh or tinned 100 g honey dew melon 2 bananas 1 Tbsp honey 5 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt Method 1. Prepare fruit, removing skin, seeds etc. Put all ingredients together in a blender and blitz until smooth.
