Daisy Chains and Picnics

We put the Turkey on at 1.10pm. Charlette arrived at 2.45pm and she and Jodie opened their gifts from each other. We had our starter at 3pm, we all had prawn cocktail except Cerys, she made herself a fruit salad. Hamish had his starter and lapped it up. The kids played some games while we got the rest of the dinner ready. Scott and I took a break for a little bit while the rest of the food was cooking. We served the food up at 5.15pm. We opened our Secret Santa at 6pm. Ryan came round at 6.40pm and we played games for most of the evening, Cody came to collect Charlette and Ryan stayed the night, so we didn't get the rest of our gifts opened until boxing day.

We started the day with a cup of tea while the girls opened their stockings. The girls looked out some gifts for us to open after breakfast. I put Jodie's breakfast on to bake and made our breakfast croissants. Cerys made a fruit salad for her breakfast. We sat down to breakfast at 10.45am. We opened the British gift box at 11.20am. We opened some gifts at 11.30am. Hamish opened his stocking, on this, his 17th Christmas. We then sat down to play some games. Part two coming soon.
