I made this for Scott's birthday meal starter.
Ingredients
1 round camembert cheese
2 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp chilli flakes, more if preferred
1/2 tbsp fresh rosemary
1/2 tbsp fresh thyme
salt and pepper
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Remove camembert from packaging. Using a sharp knife, score the top of the rind.
3. Transfer cheese to an oven proof dish, spread olive oil over then season with honey, chilli flakes, salt and pepper, place the rosemary and thyme sprigs in the crevices of the cuts on the rind.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is soft and oozing. Serve immediately with crackers, or toasted baguette slices.
