Ingredients
2 x 85g mi goreng instant noodles
6 eggs
2 spring onions, finely chopped
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 16cm x 26 cm slice pan.
2. Break up noodles and place in a heatproof bowl, pour over enough boiling water to cover noodles, set aside to soften.
3. Meanwhile, whisk eggs in a large bowl with 1/4 cup cold water. Add both dry seasoning and fried onion sachet along with both of the sweet soy sauce and chilli sauce sachets from the two noodle packets, stir to combine.
4. Drain noodles, add to egg mixture along with the spring onions. Stir to combine. Pour egg mixture into prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden and just set.
5. Allow to cool slightly in pan before turning out and cutting into slices.
