Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens

It was a beautiful day today and as it was Jodie's day off we decided to go for a stroll around the botanical gardens and grab the chance to take some photos of the beautiful grounds.

The green eyed monster showed up in some serious cactus envy 🌵🌵😉

Seriously, how cool are these guys, Jodie refused to stick one up her jumper for me, party pooper! 🙈😜😜

The pond at the Japanese Garden had been drained and it was in the process of getting cleaned.

We had planned to get lunch at the gardens cafe but on looking at the menu prices ($15 for a bowl of soup) we decided to go the stingy route and dine at Hungry Jacks 😂🍔🍟😋, we both got fed for less than one bowl of soup! and Jodie got a frozen bursties drink 👆

And today was mums 80th birthday so we ended the day with facetime which we do every Wednesday, it is great to catch up and see each other 💗💗
