Brioche Hot Dog Bun Banana S'mores

S'mores with a twist. This is a really fun dessert for kids parties, sleepovers or just as a lunch. Brioche hot dog buns filled with chocolate spread and banana with crushed biscuits and marshmallow fluff, quick and easy to make, the kids will love them!

Spread each side of the split brioche bun (don't split all the way through) with chocolate spread, roughly break up some biscuits of your choice and scatter them over the chocolate, place a whole banana in the centre then cover with marshmallow fluff, using a confectioners blow torch, brown the marshmallow then crumble some crumbs over the top.
