Emojis, who doesn't use them when texting, there is one for almost everything these days, and kids LOVE them, from messaging their friends using their favourite emojis to wearing emoji clothes, earrings, slippers etc. These oreo emoji pops will be an instant hit, I made these for my daughters 12th birthday party.
Ingredients
230 g yellow candy melts
70 g White chocolate
70 g White chocolate
12 Oreo biscuits
Candy eyes and hearts
Small amounts of blue, black and pink sugar paste
Black icing writing pen (food use)
12 cake pop sticks
Method
1. Melt yellow and white chocolate together slowly over a bain marie. I find adding white chocolate to the yellow melts makes it more creamy tasting. Carefully twist Oreos apart, dip stick in melted chocolate and place in the centre of the cream half of the Oreo, add a small amount of melted chocolate and sandwich the 2 half together again, do this with all Oreos, place in fridge for 10 minutes to harden.

2. Shape emoji tongues, glasses and tears out of the coloured sugar paste, you don't need alot of sugar paste.
3. Dip pops in melted chocolate, let excess drip off, do this with all pops, place on parchment paper, while chocolate is still wet add the candy eyes, hearts, tounges, tears, and glasses, refrigerate for 15 - 20 minutes until chocolate has hardened.
