These bushes down the side were getting overgrown and basically untidy looking, not to mention that I need more space for my Cacti!, so we decided to get rid of them and give it a fresh new look. We started cutting some of them down on 2nd February 2025. Work on this took a back seat for a while then commenced again 2nd November 2025. 2nd November, we started cutting back and removing the bushes again as they had grown again since February. 9th November, more removal and Scott started building a wall to secure the earth for my new cactus garden. 17th January 2026, we finally got round to removing what was left of the bush, the roots, and by gosh, were they hard to dig out!. Now to make it into a Cacti garden.
