I had some creme fraiche to use up, so started looking online for a recipe, I came across this one and just knew Jodie would love it.
It is a decadent mix of hazelnut chocolate spread, whipped cream and creme fraiche.
Ingredients
1/2 cup hazelnut spread
1/4 cup creme fraiche
1 1/2 tsp hazelnut liqueur
1/2 cup thickened cream
Method
1. In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the hazelnut spread, creme fraiche and hazelnut liqueur at low speed until smooth. In another bowl, beat the cream until firm peaks form. Using a rubber spatula, fold the whipped cream into the chocolate hazelnut mixture until no strakes remain. Spoon into small bowls and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
